We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within this period.

✅ Conditions for Return

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• All tags and accessories must be intact
• Product should not be damaged due to misuse
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or opened
• Products without original packaging
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
• Personalized or customized products

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).

🔄 Exchange Policy

Want a different product? We offer free exchanges for items of equal or greater value. Simply raise a return request and select "Exchange" as your preference.

3. Once approved, we'll arrange pickup from your address
4. Refund/exchange will be processed after inspection
